My name is Andrew Galvao and I am a licensed sales associate with KAM Realty. I was born and raised and currently live in Fall River. I attended and graduated from BMC Durfee High School and continued on into college to further my education. I chose to start a rewarding career in Fall River and decided that KAM Realty would be the best fit because of our earned hard-working reputation.

For the past several years I have been in the banking and mortgage industry and have a great deal of knowledge in regards to financing. I started off as a teller and worked my way up to being a Mortgage Loan Officer. I gained much needed experience in the financial business working and helping people make the right decisions in finding the right mortgage that was most beneficial to them and that fit their financial situation. I soon realized that with the knowledge I had gained, there was much more that I could do in helping people attain the American dream.  I bring to KAM Realty a natural ability to relate to people and to understand what their needs are. I always enjoy talking and meeting with new clients and love nothing more than helping buyers and sellers make educated decisions in the growing real estate market.

I am one of the few who can actually say they love their job. My clients describe me as proactive, honest, hard-working, committed, and most importantly aggressive. I strive to learn something new everyday and continue to challenge myself as there is always room for improvement. I am driven by a sense of accomplishment and the idea that I am helping my clients make the most important decision that they will most likely ever be faced with.

With a strong combination of excellent communication skills and an extremely good work ethic, I am willing to go above and beyond your expectations to insure that all of your needs are met. My idea of what being a realtor is all about is not just about making the sale, but to make a long term and lasting relationship with all of my clients and nothing makes me happier than seeing the faces of my clients when I hand over the keys and the closing has been completed.  

Despite what you may think, and what the media portrays, right now is
a GOOD TIME to be in real estate. Yes the waters are rocky, the
mortgages may be harder to come by, but particularly if you're
interested in buying rental properties or any property now is as good
a time as any. Please, do not listen to what is written in the
newspapers, heard on television, or heard on the radio. Believe in
yourself!
